Guests are able to check in at 3:00pm on the day of their reservation. Checkout is at 11:00am on the day of their departure. For an extended, late check out time, please contact resort staff to inquire about availability. 


Yes, Wave Pointe Marina & Resort does require a room deposit when making a reservation. We require 50% of the total room stay to be paid at the time of reservation or shortly there after. The remainder of the guests balance will be collected 24 hours prior to the guests stay. See our cancellation policy for more details. 


A refund will be issued, less the cancellation fee of 10% or $20.00 (which ever is greater) for processing each reservation. A minimum of 1 weeks notice prior to your arrival must be given, except in a case of emergency. If the cancellation notice is given less than 1 week in advance, you are financially responsible for your stay. You may change the dates of your stay without penalty, provided it is done 72 hours prior to your arrival. 


Yes, Wave Pointe Marina & Resort does offer discounts to individuals. Please contact Wave Pointe staff via phone or email (frontdesk@wavepointe.com) to inquire about these discounts and the details of them. Stay connected to our Facebook page to see seasonal specials. 


Amenities within each room differ depending on the suite. Our rooms range in size (210sqf - 1,120sqf) and each offer different sleeping arrangements and amenities. Please go to our online booking platform (top right hand corner of this page) to see each amenity within specific rooms as well as the sleeping arrangements. All rooms do have full kitchens or kitchenettes. 


We do offer adjoining room suites at Wave Pointe Marina & Resort. Our adjoining suites are 906sqf and 1,120sqf, and both have the ability to sleep 6 individuals each. Please go to our online booking platform to see what amenities are offered within each suite. 


Yes, our resort is ADA accessible and friendly to wheelchair use. We have an elevator that provides transportation to all three levels, which includes the lower level Harbor House restaurant.

Yes, we do offer on-site trailer parking. There is an adjacent grass lot, just to the north of the main resort parking lot, that can be utilized for trailer parking in season. Please refrain from parking your trailer in the main resort parking lot. Please get in touch with our marina manager at Chris@wavepointe.com for any questions. 


We are a non-cash establishment - We accept all kinds of card payments, as well as gift certificates issued by ourselves as well as Destination Door County. We do not accept cash outside of the Marina. Please contact a staff member to discuss purchasing a Wave Pointe gift card. Gift cards can be utilized for the lodging stays as well as at our restaurant, Harbor House Waterfront Bar & Grill. 


Harbor House Waterfront Bar & Grill is open year round and is located within the resort on our lower level. Our hours do vary depending on the season - please call our main number and dial #1 to hear the current hours of Harbor House Waterfront Bar & Grill. You can also visit our restaurant page on our website to see more about the open hours.  


We do not take reservations, as all individuals are seated on a first come first serve basis. We do offer take out - please call our main number and dial #3 to reach Harbor House Waterfront Bar & Grill. We do have live music - please connect with us via Facebook to see upcoming live music nights.
