Wave Pointe Resort

50% deposit required when making reservation. Must be at least 21 years of age. Occupancy is based on 2 people with a $15.00 charge per person for more than 2. All rates are subject to a 5.5% states sales tax and a 8% room tax. No smoking anywhere in the resort. Fish cleaning is not allowed in the resort. Weapons of any kind are prohibited.

No pets, therapy, support, companion animals, etc. Only service dogs allowed.

A refund will be issued, less the cancellation fee of 10% or $20.00 (which ever is greater) for processing each reservation. A minimum of 72 hours notice prior to your arrival must be given, except in a case of emergency. If the cancellation is less than 72 hours, you are financially responsible for your stay. You may change the dates of your stay without penalty, provided it is done 72 hours prior to your arrival.
