Wave Pointe Resort

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Rates are based on double occupancy; an additional charge of $15 per person applies for more than two guests. All rates are subject to 5.5% state sales tax and 8% room tax. The resort is a smoke-free property, and fish cleaning is not permitted on-site. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. Pets, therapy animals, emotional support animals, and companion animals are not allowed; only service dogs are permitted.

A refund will be issued, less the cancellation fee of 10% or $20.00 (which ever is greater) for processing each reservation. A minimum of 72 hours notice prior to your arrival must be given, except in a case of emergency. If the cancellation is less than 72 hours, you are financially responsible for your stay. You may change the dates of your stay without penalty, provided it is done 72 hours prior to your arrival.
