Wave Pointe Resort

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Rates are based on double occupancy; an additional charge of $15 per person applies for more than two guests. All rates are subject to 5.5% state sales tax and 8% room tax. The resort is a smoke-free property, and fish cleaning is not permitted on-site. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. Pets, therapy animals, emotional support animals, and companion animals are not allowed; only service dogs are permitted.

 A refund will be issued, less the cancellation fee of 10% or $20.00 (which ever is greater) for processing each reservation. A minimum of 1 weeks notice prior to your arrival must be given, except in a case of emergency. If the cancellation notice is given less than 1 week in advance, you are financially responsible for your stay. You may change the dates of your stay without penalty, provided it is done 72 hours prior to your arrival.
